Question or Issue

I’m in the military, while deployed, there’s no way to access internet, so after 30 days my account automatically shuts off, despite being a Premium member. It doesn't seem right that just because I have no connection I shouldn't be able to access the service I am paying for.

Perhaps a way around this could be adding a feature in which you can for a select amount of months for which I will not have connection, and whether I pre paid for the time or not I knew I'd not be able to connect to the internet?

Hi there @ZombieJesus,

Thanks for reaching out to the Community.

We understand your concern. Currently, the app must connect to the Internet at least once every 30 days to sync all the data with the servers, keep your downloads stored, and update if necessary to ensure an optimal performance.
