Me están haciendo un cargo que no reconozco

Me están haciendo un cargo del cual si estoy consciente por mi plan Premium familiar de $149 pero ahora aparte de ese me están haciendo un cargo por $30, y no me llegó correo del porque me están cobrando más ni porque me quitaron dinero de mi tarjeta

It seems like you might have received a temporary charge (an ‘authorization’ charge) to confirm the validity of your payment method. In this case, the charge will shortly expire and the funds will be returned to you. 

If you'd like to double-check, it'd be great to get in touch with your bank since it can provide all the relevant info about authorization charges.
