My Question or Issue

Estoy subscripta a premium familiar que son 239 pesos, y sin embargo me vino un cargo de 3,39dolares. por favor me pueden reitegrar los dolares y cobrarme en pesos comoe s el acuerdo?

Thanks for reaching out! We'll happily help you sort this one out.

Keep in mind that the monthly subscription fee gets converted to your bank account's currency.  This means that if you entered an Argentinian account in dollars as your payment method, the monthly fee will automatically get converted by your bank.


If that is the case, we suggest that you change your payment method to one in pesos. You can find detailed instruction on how to do it here


You should also have a look at your receipts page. There you will find info on the amount and date of your payments. You can check that up against your bank statement. 

If that doesn't clear things up, you should contact our Customer Support team. We are unable to process payments, but they'll be happy to take a look at your payments and share what's going on. You can contact through this page.
