My Question or Issue

I pay for premium account through iTunes but can't access it on my new android. It only connects me with a free account. I need to reset my password for the paid account

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

If you're only seeing a Free account after logging in, you're likely logging into the wrong account, so I recommend checking out this FAQ article on the next steps to take.
