Monthly payments Premium done, but account status is not premium anymore

Monthly payments Premium done, but account status is not premium anymore

 

Being a Premium member for over a year, since this weekend I am not a Premium member any more. However all payments have been done without any issues.

 

What happened?

Hey @Hans74,


You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
