Multiple charges on my account

My Question or Issue

I have been getting charged multiple times a month (3 times) for a very long time now. From what I am seeing I only have 1 account attached to my email address and charge info. I need to speak to someone about these charges and look at getting a credit for these ghost accounts that are floating out there.

In addition, what kind of company doesn’t have customer support over the phone? I understand we are on a digital age but come on. It really stinks to have to navigate a choose your own adventure set of links on a customer support page to end up nowhere without the ability to talk to a rep about your situation.

There are a few reasons why this might happen:

• You might be paying for more than one account. I’d recommend checking the support site to learn how to find and cancel any other accounts.
  
  
• The payment was unsuccessful, but appeared on your statement anyway. If Spotify is unable to process the payment, the funds will reappear on your statement soon. This is all part of your bank/credit card’s authorization process. You can reach out to them for more information. You may see multiple charges like this if you tried the payment multiple times.
  
  
• If you’ve recently upgraded from Premium to Premium for Family your renewal date may come earlier than usual, possibly in the same month as your previous payment. This is because of the price difference between the two subscriptions.

Me pasa lo mismo, se registró dos pagos en el mismo mes de $119 uno el 25/1 y el otro el 28/1 y se descontaron de mi cuenta. Necesito que me solucionen ese tema y me brinden alguna respuesta
