I got logged out because my wifi disconnected from my phone and when I went into Spotify most of my music was gone and it says I'm under the free trial and I'm not .when I went online it says I'm premium which I am but how do I retrieve my music

No worries, help's here 🙂 It seems like you may have a second Spotify account and logging there by accident. Let's make sure you're logging in the correct account.

Try the following:

1. Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium.
2. If it says you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app. If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall. You can follow a step-by-step guide here.
3. If it says Free, check the receipt Spotify send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.
