My Question or Issue

I changed my country from Uk to Romania and when I apply to premium plan the payment doesn't go through and keep saying to change the country (but I did)

Just to confirm, are you using a payment method issued in Romania? Note that the country on your Spotify account must match that of the payment method you're using. If they do, then this might be a caching issue. I'd recommend subscribing again by manually re-entering your payment details in an incognito/private window or with another browser/device (like a computer, for example).
