My Spotify Premium seems to have stopped working

My Spotify Premium seems to have stopped working

I was logged out yesterday.  When I logged back in, I seem to just have a basic account despite the fact I pay for Premium and all my playlists and saved music have disappeared.

Hey, @user-removed!

 

I believe that duplicate accounts may be causing your troublesome problem. Check your emails from Spotify, and make sure you are using the correct username and password. Hopefully, that will solve your problem

I definitely can only find one account. How do I get in touch with them directly?

Okay, before I refer you to them, I have one more thing I want you to try. Look at the receipt, and see if the username is a username you created, or if it's a string of numbers
