My Subscribtion is not starting.

My Subscribtion is not starting.

I registered for Premium and 0,10€ got payed from my bank account, but the Subscription is not starting. I created my account with a gmail adress. I tried everything from the Solution Page of the Support Site.

Please refrain from posting personal payment data on open forums like this one 🙂

 

If you're still not seeing your premium features, we'd recommend you try to log out and log back in. Make sure you're logging in with the same details as you've registered with.

 

Also, let us know if you don't see the premium features on any device you use or just one.
