My address is the same as the account manager but I can’t accept the plan

My address is the same as the account manager but I can’t accept the plan

My fiancé just got the Duo plan and after clicking the invitation and putting the same address the platform says that I’m living in a different country which is incorrect. How can we solve this issue? Before living in Canada we used to live in Peru, that could be the problem?
