My app wont recognize my premium account like it did before

I recently deleted the spotify app on my phone to make room for another app I really needed at the moment. Now I downloaded it back but it wont have all my saved music and my premium family account. Any advice on what to do?

It sounds like you might accidentally have two separate accounts. Can you try some other log-in information until you find your "old" (Premium) account?

Hi Jacob thanks for your reply!
I thought so too at first so I tried to log in with my mail and with facebook and the thing doesnt change 😞
The weird thing is that from the spotify site I can check my profile and it says I got a premium account but the app doesnt agree with that I guess

Can you try logging in with just your username?

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
