My billing date changed when I changed my plan?

My billing date changed when I changed my plan?

My plan was Premium, and I changed it to Family. Previously on Premium, my billing date was the 27th of each month. After changing it to Family, it has become the 17th of each month. Why did the billing date change? I am missing out on 10 days of my plan that I paid for already 😞

Hello @jessssica1!

 

When you upgrade to a Premium for Family plan from a Premium subscription, your next billing date will be a few days earlier than it had been. This is because of the difference between the price of Premium for Family and the regular Premium subscription you were on. You can track your payment date in your Spotify account page.
