My card doesn't work

My new bank card took a while to arrive. My account went back to free. the new card does not work. Even in private window, even when trying another card

Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to see this has happened.
 

I'd first advise you to wait 24 hours from your latest attempt and to then try again.
We can't view your account from the Community but the system might have locked you out temporarily.

In the meantime, you can also check with your bank if your card is suitable for international payments.

 

As you've mentioned that you've tried multiple cards though, my initial presumption might be correct.
However, should the issue persist after 24 hours have passed, do let us know.
