Hi Grif,

Thank you so much for your reply. However, i live in Vietnam, i use a vietnamese debit card and the country setting is Vietnam too. I tried to enter my card's information carefully over and over in 2 days, i even tried the incognito window, but nothing seemed to work.
I don't think changing my country setting is the solution here.

Most of the time it's because Spotify check the country to make payment.

I have some solutions for you:

Do you use a VPN or a Proxy that shows a other country IP ? Please make sure IP are from Vietnam.

Did you tried in Private/incognito mode ?

Have you tried with an other payment method like Paypal ? If non standard methods work i recommend you to use Paypal.

If non of solutions before works, please contact the Spotify Support.
