My familiars cant re-join to Spotify Family

My familiars cant re-join to Spotify Family

Ok so i got spotify family a month ago, i invite some familiars and its was all good, but 2-3 days ago they all went back to free accounts. Today we realize that they received an email asking to confirm information about the adress with a deadline of 7 days to answer or they will be back to free accounts. None of them reply the email on time and now they cant re-join the plan. i need help with this, its ridiculous to restrict some from an account that he is paying just for not checking and email.

No worries, you'll only need to send invitations again to your family members. You can see how to do it here. Keep in mind that all the members on the Premium for Family plan must live in the same direction.

Hi! I know i can resend or reinvite, the problem is that they cant rejoin,
when they fill all the info, a "something went wrong" message pops
everytime. Im giving them the same info i gave them before and the same i
gave to my mother, that i recently added with no problem. Im only having
issues with the users that were in the plan and were kicked out for not
replying an email.
