My payment is not being accepted

I'm a user since 2015 and i have been paying the monthly fee with the same credit card ever since. This month due to some unintended events i filled up my credit card limit and sadly, Spotify tried to take the payment just before the day my card limit was reset. Just after that day i got into my account and tried to pay but couldn't. (it says my provider is having a bad day or so..) It has been two days since and i still cannot pay the fee even though my card is open for use now. I tried it with two other cards (all of them master), still no success. PLEASE HELP!

Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble paying for Premium at the moment. I’d recommend checking out this article for payment troubleshooting steps.
