My payment was done and money transferred but premium not reflecting

My payment was done and money transferred but premium not reflecting

I paid for 3 months premium and the money was deducted but I am unable to avail premium services. My order ID is [moderator edit]

Hi, I’ve had premium for 6 months and went to use it today but all that shows up is free subscription. I no longer have premium attached to my account and it’s payed up.

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community!


It's possible that you have 2 accounts with us and the payment for one has gone through successfully but you might be logged in a second account on the app. 


Keep in mind that it's possible to be logged in on 2 different accounts in our web site and the in app on your devices. You can follow the steps here to try and locate your other account and check which on you're using in order to keep it on Premium.


If you're sure that you're logged in on the correct account you can take a look here to make sure that your payment has gone through successfully and it's not just showing as pending for example.
