My premium account has just stopped working

My premium account has just stopped working

Why has my premium account just changed to a free account? I can still see my playlists however all adverts are back and the playlists won't download.

Welcome to the Community.

Sorry to hear you're having some issues with your Spotify Subscription.

 

If you head on over to https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription what does it say here?  

If you also head on over to https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/receipt/ you'll be able to see when you were last billed for Spotify Premium, then if that was a month ago or longer, that'll be why you've been downgraded to Spotify Free 🙂
