My premium doesn't work at all

My premium doesn't work at all

So I have the family package and all was fine until I tried to change the song , it said I had to be premium to do that but I can download them and chose any I want but if I try to change it it goes random and I have already tried logging out , what can I do?

Subscribed to student premium earlier, was deducted twice already (65php x 2) in my account and was also verified by sheerID.com,sent link in my email was not working,what should I do?please help.thanks.

Can you try the steps here for us: https://support.spotify.com/article/reinstallation-of-spotify/? They should help with this.

I'm having the same problem so I'll have to try this thank you!!!

I have the Motorola moto z play, the latest Spotify update available in play store and it's running Android 7.0 , thank you for your time but I already solved this problem by deleting and reinstalling the Spotify app, anyways thanks again for your time.
