Premium não está funcionando

Bom dia, até ontem, meu spotify premium estava funcionando normalmente, porém hoje a minha conta está como Free, sendo que eu paguei, ta la no cartão mostrando o pagamente e também recebi o recibo. Açguém sabe como resolver?
