My premium got cancel

I bought the premium for almost 4 months and today is goin to renew it but idk who cancel the premium and i have no choice to use shuffle play

• Log out and back into your account
• Check the status of your subscription 
• Check the status of your payment
• Check that your Premium subscription isn’t on another account
