My premium membership only lasted 21 days, whats up with that?

My Question or Issue

I paid my premium account fee on 14/02/20 and ended on 06/03/2020, why did I only got 21 days of premium if I paid my month?

Sometimes it's possible that you see two payments closer together if there's some trouble with the processing of your payments.
