My subscription

I have a subscription. I am charged monthly. I've never had a problem with my subscription until this last iOS upgrade. When I went to open the Spotify app, I had been signed out. I can't remember the username or password associated with my premium account. I took a guess and used my one and only personal gmail account. To log in, I had to reset the password, which I did, but it did not open my premium account. It's showing only a free account. How do I find out the account info associated with my AMEX charge that I pay monthly?
