Are you trying to invite someone to your Duo plan or are you experiencing issues? Can you give us a bit more information about what's happening?

If someone else wants to join your plan, make sure:

1. They live at the same address as you.
2. Enter the correct address (you can check it on your Duo page). The address the invited user is entering should be an exact match of the one on your account.
3. The country of your accounts matches. To check this, you can go to your account pages and compare.

If any error message pops-up, it would be great if you could send us a screenshot so that we can check.
