Necesito ayudaaa!!!

Me suscribí a un plan familiar hace algunas semanas, lo habia estado usando a la perfección, sin embargo un día quice escuchar música y me salieron anuncios, osea que me dejo de funcionar el spotify premium y a los demas miembros del plan no. ¿Alguien sabe qué puedo hacer?

It sounds like you were removed from the plan. Ask the administrator of the plan to send you another invite so you can join again.

 

If you have any trouble joining, try using an incognito window to see if it makes a difference.
