New 6 month subscription not working

New 6 month subscription not working

I have just changed my fido plan and previously had 2 years free subscription wich I loved. I decided to change my plan last Sunday and was assured I would receive another 6 months free. (Main reason I went with fido again)
Unfortunately this is not working for me and fido have told me to get in contact with spotify about the issue.
What can I do?

I'd recommend reaching out to Fido again about this, as they're the one's managing your subscription.
