New card update

Hello,

 

I recently recieved a new card and tried to update the information multiple times, however, it keeps declining both of my cards. It paused my account and I am unable to listen to spotify anymore. What should I do? Thanks.

Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble paying for Premium at the moment. I’d recommend checking out this article for payment troubleshooting steps.
