New phone

New phone


I have a new phone and have just downloaded the Spotify app as I have a premium account. None of my playlists are showing. Any ideas?

Hey @Borthwickpearce and welcome to the Spotify community!

 

It's possible that you have more than one account and have logged in to the wrong one. If your account was created through Facebook, try logging with the "Log in with Facebook" button.

 

If it wasn't, try logging in with your username and password. Make sure that you're not entering the full email address in the username box. We recommend you try both methods so that you can check which one has your music and your Premium subscrpition.
