New vodaphone customer with 24 month spotify premium addon NOT Working

I've signed with vodaphone on red connect it comes with a 24 month Spotify  premium sub, I've added it and everytime I go into Spotify it says free and wants me to pay a subscription fee. This is the most annoying process, if this if the turn around for your app or software support use say pathetic .... could Someone who actually knows what they are doing contact me
