My Question or Issue

This morning when the owner of my Spotify Family Plan was trying to pay, there was no option for the Premium Family Plan. And now the rest of the family doesn't have Premium.

Hope you're doing great! 


Could you try asking the owner to try paying using a different browser or incognito mode? It would also be useful if the owner could reply here with a screenshot of what they see when they are trying to pay (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community).
