No Option for Extending Family Subscription

No Option for Extending Family Subscription

Hello,

 

I have a family plan subscription expiring in next 2 weeks. I checked under subscription and so on but i do not find any option to extend the subscription. On the plan page it shows Family Plan as current subscription but there are not option to pay for next month or renew it.

 

can you please help

1. I click on subscribe

2 .it goes to Individual Plan (Capture2.png) and because i want Family Plan

3. i click on change plan , then it goes to Plan overview page and shows Family Plan as current subscription but no option to extend

I would like to extend the family account as one time payment but i can't see any option through the screen it says "Premium Faimly -> Subscribe or one time payment" as you can see in the screen shot. This is disappointing 😞

Can you please try subscribing to Premium Family here?

 

If the issue persists, give it a try on a different device and in an incognito window.
