No email/password. HELP

No email/password. HELP

Spotify community! I have a problem, my little brother has a premium account, however he does not remember his email nor his password. And the account is signed out through every device so there is no way getting in. The account is still getting charged and there's pretty much no way I can cancel the membership, does anybody have a solution or even an idea to how I can get it canceled? Thanks in advance

Hey @Jfernandez5678! I'd ask him to check on every e-mail he has for a Spotify receipt.

 

The receipt will always be sent to the user's e-mail 🙂

 

My suggestion is to try finding that first.
