My Question or Issue

I subscribe to Spotify Family. I do not receive any monthly notifications my monthly payment has been successfully processed, nor do I receive any notification the monthly bill is even due. Is this normal? Just nothing....and it bills silently in the background?

Welcome to the Spotify Community, and thanks for reaching out to us here!

If you are the plan manager, you will receive some notifications through the email for plan changes or if the payment failed in any moment. Spotify doesn't send you a monthly payment report, if everything goes correctly, but you can check your receipts at any time, if you want, on your Order History page.
