No premium service

I've been trying for a week nor now to buy the premium service with 3 separate cards all of which have been unable to be used due to the expiration date on the cards not being accepted.. I changed the format of entry of the date to every one possible and still nothing.. Also tried it from my pc at home and no go.. Please help..

That's not cool. Can you try to enter your payment details from a desktop and an incognito window?

Hey guys..I was able to try on 2 separate computers and going on incognito
pages to get the premium service and it comes up with the same error of not
being able to accept my expiration date..I've tried every possible format
to enter the digits all of which have been rejected.and I've also tried now
3 separate cards from 3 diff institutions.. All to no avail.
