My Question or Issue

Hey,

I had the free 3 months premium Spotify.

 

I finished my 3 months, I wanted to end spotify premium and everything was alright, until the day spotify premium ended.

 

It seems I can't access spotify because I don't even have spotify free as a subscription.

 

I am not sure if this is the reason but I changed country and I am in Korea, I made sure to change my country but I still can't access any spotify application.

 

I need some help to check if I can reselect spotify free because right now I can't select it myself.

Apologies for the late notice, but the free service is not available in South Korea at the moment, that's the reason you keep getting this pop up.

 

If you want to use Premium you can head here to subscribe.

Hello, please see the following article which should help you revert to a free plan.

I already did that, but since my premium subscription ended, I can't access any Spotify application

Could you share with us more information regarding this so we can look into this further?

 

 Are you getting an error message when try logging in to the app? If you do, you can send us a screenshot of it. Just make sure to hide any private or sensitive info.

Hello,

 

When I open Spotify, this popup appear and there seems to be no solution other than disconnection or join premium.

 

I tried clicking on both and they do as they say.

Could you restart your device and then try logging in to the account to see if that helps?

 

It's also a good idea to try with another network to see if that changes anything.

Hello, I already restarted my computer and it didn't help.

 

I tried with my 4g to see if there is any difference but no I still can't access anything in Spotify application.

 

I can access the application on my phone but there is no music that I can launch,
On the pc application, I am stuck with the popup and can't do anything, same on the web application.
