No username on receipt

No username on receipt

Hey guys - looking for a little help.

I've paid for a premium subscription, but my account hasn't been upgraded.  When I searched the forum for help, it says to make sure to login with the username supplied on your receipt.  I looked at my receipt, and there is a blank where my username should be.

 

Anybody else have this issue, or know how to fix it?

Hi @willykunkle, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

If you can't see the Premium features, it's possible that you accessed a second Free account by mistake. In that case, we'd like you to check this article. You'll find some tips in ther that can help you access your Premium account.

 

If you think you created your Premium account with your Facebook profile, we suggest that you access with the log in with FB button.
