If you're still unable to use your card and if you haven't already, we'd suggest entering your payment details again using a private/incognito window or a different device to see how it goes. 

 

If this doesn't do the trick, you might want to reach out directly to our Support team here. They'll be able to check your account and provide further help if possible.

I came here for the same reason so I’m thinking there’s a glitch or something wrong today.

If you've already tried all the suggestions from this article and you still can't use your card, the best thing to do would be reaching out to Support as mentioned above.

I have been trying to resubscribe to a podcast for a year and I get a card error. The worst part was in the middle of an episode I was kicked out and haven’t been able to get it to work despite being charged not even 3 days before. No matter what I do it doesn’t work- even tried 5 different cards 😒😭
