Not Allowed to Update Payment Information

Hi ! My account has been telling that the payment failed and that I need to update the payment method.

I have been trying to do that but it doesn't allow me. When I click update on the subscription tab, it just reloads the same page, it does not take me anywhere and I cannot make any changes.

I have tried to do it on every device: computer, ipad, iphone, everywhere!!

Is there any other way that I can make the payment update or is there anyway that I can fix that???
