Not able to buy prepaid subscription, it's showing that I'm not eligible

I tried to buy 1 month prepaid duo subscription but it told me that I'm not eligible

Prepaid payment is a method where you don't need to subscribe with a credit card to get the Premium subscription. This type of payment is available for all accounts (depending on the country).

First, we'd recommend trying from an incognito/private window to see if it makes any difference. If not, could you try it from a different browser?
