Hi,

ive been trying to subscribe the student yearly plan. 

However, i am not able to make the payment. It says my card does not allow monthly subscription but I have subscribed to other platforms as well and it works fine. 

Can you please do something about it. 

I have a flight to catch in a day and I really do not want to sit idle and not being able to listen to some music in the plane!

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours to get a reply.
