I’ve just signed up for a (£9.99) premium account and now it says I’m not eligible for a google nest mini why is that

Think it’s happening to everyone at this point. I’ve been signed up for years and it’s saying I’m mines not redeemable at the moment. I’m guessing it’s a numbers issue
