Not eligible for basic plan

Hello,

After the price increase, I no longer want premium. I want the basic plan. I have been a premium user so I should be eligible but it won't show up. The chat support they have is ABSOLUTELY useless. Nobody can tell me why I'm not eligible. Help me out here.

If you are pertaining to the "free" plan, you can simply cancel your subscription and it will become free at the end of your paid cycle, otherwise visit https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/change/ to view all available plans based on your location. If the plan you are looking for is not available, it means you are not eligible for the plan or it's not available on your location.
