Unable to set up Duo account as my address is not identified

The Duo set up will not accept that there are various residential properties using the same postcode. I do not know the folk living at the address that pops up and there is a risk that they (or others in post code area) already have Spotify accounts....

spotify payment keeps saying failed and next billing date shows yesterday

i cannot pay for spotify as payment fails appears and also, the “you will be billed next on 7th april, 2024” keeps showing up. 7th april was yesterday. i updated spotify and tried to pay from my laptop too but the issue isnt get solved
