When the Administrator of a Family plan removes a member, he/she will immediately lose the Premium features.

We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.
Keep in mind that members can only switch Family plans once a year. If you remove a member from your plan, they can join another one. If they were part of a different Family plan prior to yours (within the last 12 months) they can't join a new one.
If they're in doubt about the plans they were part of, they can check the invitations they've received previously. They can also contact our Customer Support team in case they need further info about their account. They can find out how to contact them here.

Sure, you can add them back. Just head over to https://www.spotify.com/account/family/ and send the invite again.
Just keep in mind that if they were part of a different Family plan prior to yours (within the last 12 months) they can't join a new one.
