I am being billed for Spotify but I don't t have an active subscription

I have been billed for Spotify for over a year, but I haven't had an active subscription for over two years. I have no ongoing subscription in the Google Play or Apple Store, and my account does not have any plan associated or any billing history (it only shows two years of history).
How can I get Spotify to cease billing my cc?
