Why can't I pay annually for my Spotify subscription?

In Kenya, I'm on a family plan and noticed how in other countries you can pay annually for a discount. Why don't we get that option?

Duo plan issue

Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to have a dou plan when you live in the same adresse but the accounts on spotify of the two persons are from dfferents countries (France and Spain). We are not capable to enter my account in the duo plan....

It doesn't allow me to change country

I need to change billing to US, as I want to pay with my US card (company benefit) however It didn't have US as a country when I was a paid account. I reverted to free and now it doesn't show ANY countries.
