Not eligible for headspace

Hi,

I pay for a friends and family subscription, and I'd like to get the discounted headspace subscription, but Spotify tells me I'm not eligible for the offer and doesn't say why.

Does anyone else have this issue, and know why this is the case?

I have the same issue as well, but unfortunately have not found a reason or a way around it.
