for some reason I can't pay for my student plan this month as it shows that I'm not eligible, I tried different internet connections,different browsers and devices

Hey @Joliozz,

 

Sorry to see you've been having issues with your discount!

Keep in mind that the discount needs to be re-applied every 12 months for a maximum of 4 years in total.
Once the discount is applied to your account you'd be able to subscribe to Premium Student in case you're still within the abovementioned criteria.

Tip: See this support article for a detailed overview of what needs to be done in order to verify & re-apply your discount.
