Not getting Premium

Hi! I just paid .99 for the premium trial but I’m not getting it. I logged out and logged back in and nothing, checked the subscription page and “I’m using free spotify”. I don’t know what to do

Hey @user-removed,

you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
